AC Schnitzer offers a complete range of performance options and special accessories for all BMW models

	The New 3 Series Sedan AC Schnitzer has a complete aerodynamic conversion for the new 3 series, including front spoiler, sports mirrors, side skirts, rear roof spoiler, 3 piece rear spoiler or rear wing, rear skirt and steel sports rear silencer.

The Schnitzer package greatly improves the driving performance in comparison with its standard counterpart, and it gives the E46 the aesthetic appearance of a sports car. 

In countless test miles on public roads and racetracks, development work was focused first on the sports suspensions and spring kits and also on the aluminum strut brace, which improve driving safety and at the same time give enhanced driving pleasure. 

The sports comfort setting with the AC Schnitzer wheel and tire combinations give the 3-series a dynamic performance ideal for both enjoyable long-distance cruising and high speed driving. 

For the interior of the 3-series, an extensive range of exclusive accessories is available. For example, there is the ergonomically designed sports steering wheel, with airbag, in three-spoke or multifunction four-spoke versions. Aluminum foot rest and pedals together with velour floor mats can be complimented by the AC Schnitzer carbon-fiber trim or AC Schnitzer full leather trims.

With the new straight six-cylinder aluminum engine, the BMW engineers have created an engine unequalled in terms of performance and flexibility at the upper end of the market. Improving on such an engine presented a challenge to even the AC Schnitzer engineers. For the AC Schnitzer S5 3.2, they have developed a power upgrade that gives the BMW 328i a power increase of 67 horsepower and an increase in maximum torque to 330 Nm.

This modification makes the BMW 528i even more responsive, combining superb sport performance and smoothness with no sacrifice in comfort to please even the most discerning driver. Naturally, the AC Schnitzer S5 3.2 compiles with the strict international emission standards.

The AC Schnitzer package is complete with roof spoiler, rear wing with high level brake light, side skirts, sports mirrors and designer stripes. 

For the suspension, AC Schnitzer engineers and technicians collaborated with industry leaders in developing special modifications using light weight and durable aluminum components.

Suspension components offer safety and sports performance with no loss of comfort for every day use. A 5-series fitted with the AC Schnitzer suspension is perfectly controlled in every situation, while its extremely high comfort and safety levels are impressive on longer journeys.

Soft lines and round contours give the BMW 5-series a modern yet timeless look, the aesthetics of which are further enhanced by the AC Schnitzer body styling components.

The new 5-series from the AC Schnitzer designers have a distinctive and characteristic appearance, and offer the highest standards in three ways: 

1. Optimizing the aerodynamics gives better CD figures and reduces fuel consumption. 
2. The subtle design gives the 5-series a hint of individuality, a suggestion of sports performance without being over powering. 
3. The use of complex production processes and high quality materials ensures a perfect panel fit and long life.

	Z3 Roadster Based on the Z3 2.8, the Z3 3.2 has a special engine block, forged crankshaft with longer stroke and special pistons. The cylinder head has been precision-machined and fitted with special camshafts. A special Motronic map is also part of the conversion, together with a high performance exhaust system.

The result is 235 HP and a maximum torque of around 340 Nm at 3000 rpm. This makes the AC Schnitzer Z3 3.2 accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.0 seconds and gives it a top speed of around 241 km/h. Despite the clear increase in power, the superb driving behavior, moderate fuel consumption and excellent stability of this vehicle are fully retained. 

Even without engine tuning, it is worth fitting the AC Schnitzer sports silencer, which is made of stainless steel and available for all engine variants. An AC Schnitzer exhaust tailpipe mounted on the standard silencer is also included in the extended product range.

The five speed gearbox of all Z3 models can be made even more precise and faster with the AC Schnitzer Short Shift gear change, which can also be fitted without the engine tuning.

AC Schnitzer also refines the dynamic lines of the BMW with stylish aerodynamic components. The standard front skirt of the Z3 is enhanced with sports front spoilers to the left and right, which not only give the front a more exciting appearance but also minimize lift on the front axle.
Alternatively, a complete AC Schnitzer front skirt with integral fog lamps is available. The DE technology fog lights are available for all Z3 facelift models, M roadster and Z3 coupé versions. The rear view is characterized by a two-part underfloor spoiler with cut-out for the AC Schnitzer sports silencer.

All AC Schnitzer bodywork components for the Z3 are made of high quality PU-Rim and are simple to install thanks to their precision alignment.
The AC Schnitzer chrome roll-over bars, which give the two-seater a classic roadster look, are particularly exclusive to the Z3 roadster. The Designer Dress for the Z3 naturally includes special wheel and tire combinations. The two-door can be fitted with one-piece or multi-piece AC Schnitzer Type II or Type III alloys.

The multi-piece variants of the AC Schnitzer Type II wheels are fitted to the front axle in size 8.5Jx18 and on the rear in format 9.0Jx18. The tires selected are size 225/40 ZR 18 for the front and 255/35 ZR 18 at the rear. AC Schnitzer recommends high performance tires by Continental or Michelin.
The one-piece AC Schnitzer Type III wheels are fitted with the same tires, size 8.5Jx18 all round. 19" diameter AC Schnitzer wheels are available. 

Driving pleasure in the BMW Z3 is not just a question of engine power, but also handling qualities. On request, the tuners will fit special sports suspension. Lowered springs and anti-roll bars are also offered.

The AC Schnitzer high performance brake system has two-pot floating calipers and 334 mm internally vented discs on the front. Special hydraulic lines are also used. The standard ABS system of the two-seater is retailed.

In the interior of the AC Schnitzer Z3 features foot rests and handbrake trim made of aluminum, and an ergonomically designed three-spoke airbag sports steering wheel available in leather, wood or carbon fiber. For the center console there is a high quality trim made of real carbon fiber. Foot mats with the AC Schnitzer logo add the finishing touch.
