Beech Bend Raceway Park has been in existence since the late 1940's. The first Oval Track race was run in 1947. The first drag race was run in 1951. Since those early years, we have become one of the most prestigious quarter mile drag strips in the country, featuring the latest timing equipment for both the oval and the drag strip.

Florence Speedway, Union (Florence), KY

Florence Speedway is a half-mile, high-banked, clay oval located in Union, Kentucky. It was built in the 1950's and has been operated by Jerry & Mona King since 1984. Since then, it has become one of the premiere Dirt Late Model tracks in the state of Kentucky. Hosting such prestigious Dirt Late Model events as the North/South 100, The Ralph Latham Memorial, and the Ironman 100 has established the track as one of the elite racing venues in the Dirt Late Model world. The track generally operates on Saturdays from March to October with a regular racing program for Late Models, Modifieds, Super Dirt Stock, and Figure 8 cars. There are actually three tracks on site: a half-mile clay oval that the Late Models, Modifieds, and Super Dirt Stocks compete on, a fifth-mile Clay oval that plays host to certain traveling groups during the year, and a Figure 8 track which obviously is used by the Figure 8 division.
