For all the whiz-bang developments in in-car entertainment, the majority of us still use good old-fashioned FM radio for most of our listening enjoyment. Without a good BMW Antenna pulling in the signal, though, you're left without even that option. An antenna simply acts as a conduit for the weak radio waves floating through space to travel to the FM decoder and amplifier. The result is music to your ears, assuming, as before, that your BMW antenna works--or even exists. After all, a broken antenna mast or power antenna stuck in the down position doesn't do much for your reception.
A replacement BMW antenna is neither hard to find nor expensive. They come in all shapes and sizes too, so you can even customize your antenna to your car's appearance accessories, if you desire. But what any good BMW antenna should provide is excellent FM and AM reception. After all, it's not often that we get something for free these days, so take advantage of all that your radio has to offer. A good antenna and the right radio station can still be a magic combination.
