2003 BMW
M3 Coupe and
M3 Convertible models new features:
- Aluminum
Shadow Interior Trim is available as an option.
- Navigation System is
upgraded from CD to a DVD based technology
- In dash CD player is
available when the Navigation System is ordered. AM/FM Cassette is
still a no charge option.
- An audio system
auxiliary input jack is standard.
- The optional Power
Seat Package is no longer available.
- Rain sensor with
automatic headlight control is standard.
All M3 coupes and M3
convertibles will come standard with a front suspension (shock tower)
brace. According to BMW, this additional performance feature was added
to "further enhance the agility and driving precision of the M3".
The suspension brace is
available as an upgrade for existing E46 M3 models, but not as a
warranty item.
